How to install it
- Outlook for Windows · Press Copy signature above. In Outlook go to File → Options → Mail → Signatures. Create one named AIT, click in the edit box, press Ctrl+V. Set it as the default for New messages and for Replies/forwards. Click OK.
- New Outlook and Outlook on the web · Press Copy signature. Go to Settings → Mail → Compose and reply. Create a signature named AIT, click in the box, press Ctrl+V (Cmd+V on a Mac). Select it for new messages and for replies. Save.
- Outlook for Mac · Outlook → Settings → Signatures → +. Name it AIT, click into the body, press Cmd+V. Close, then set it as the default for your account.
- Gmail · Settings → See all settings → General → Signature → Create new, name it AIT, click in the box and paste. Set it for new mail and for replies, then Save Changes at the bottom.
- Outlook on iPhone or Android · the phone app cannot hold images. Use the short text signature from the SOP instead. Do not paste this one.
If the paste comes in as plain text, use Download as .htm, open the file in Chrome or Edge, select all with Ctrl+A, copy, then paste into the signature box.
When something changes, come back here. Do not click into the signature in Outlook to edit a phone number or a title. Typing inside the block is the most common way a signature gets broken. Change the field here, copy, and paste over the old one.
